I teach pilates and am a nutrition enthusiast with a fascination for functional medicine.

This is a picture of Max helping me relax on the hammock. This past week I have been having my bouts of exhaustion. I suffered from vertigo over a year ago. After all the testing, nothing came up as an issue. I plan on taking more time to relax and breathe. This week's intention for my health class is primary foods. Primary foods relate to relationships, spirituality, career and physical activity and how they affect my life. Even though I am not working at the dance studio anymore, I am still running around like a lune.

Luckily, Max is giving me a daily Magic Show with the magic kit he got as a gift. I swear if he "sneezes" a colored scarf one more time, I'm gonna lose it.

But he is cute and I am a lucky lady.
